Air Marshal Vikram Singh is reaching Jammu to take stock of the situation. Various aspects, including possible involvement of terrorist networks in the blasts, are being probed, officials said. The Chief of the Air Staff, Air Chief Marshal RKS Bhadauria, has been apprised about the blasts, he said. The Air Force Chief is on a three-day visit to Bangladesh from Saturday.
