SSC Tuatara became the fastest car in the world.
If we talk about the world’s fastest super car, then earlier this title was held by Koenigsegg Agera. But now SSC Tuatara has created a new history by breaking the record of this car. The SSC Tuatara has officially become the world’s fastest production car with a top speed of 532.93 kmph. Koenigsegg Agera set a top speed of 447.23 kmph in the year 2017. SSC Tuatara has surpassed all records in the last decade. The record was set on 10 October 2020 in Las Vegas, North America. Let me tell you that the last few records have been made and broken in this place. As per the rules set by Guinness World Records, SSC Tuatara Hypercar set a new record on the 11.26 km long section in Las Vegas. In the first record, the car achieved a top speed of 484.53 km / h, while in the second it achieved 532.93 km / h, setting an average of 508.73 km / h. The vehicle used to set this record was a stock model, which meant that it ran on stock tires and no additional tuning was set to set the record. The entire race was monitored and recorded by a special GPS device and 15 satellites. Oliver K says that this speed could have been even higher. The SSC Tuatara is powered by a twin-turbo 5.9-liter V8 engine that generates 1726 bhp of maximum power. Only 100 units of this car are being manufactured. If we talk about its price then it is more than 1.6 million dollars.
