Shivraj government started new transfer policy, transfers will be done from July 1 to July 31

In this, the right to transfer the employees of district Sambal and class III and IV employees of the state can be done after the approval of the Minister-in-Charge, including the ACS and PCS of the concerned department, with the approval of the departmental minister. Simultaneously, the right of transfer of first class officers will be with the Chief Minister.

Let us tell you that the transfer rules of the office bearer posted for more than three years have been relaxed. The government is also going to transfer officers on the basis of performance. Under the rule, the officers who fulfill the target will be transferred to the desired place. Women have been given special exemption under the new transfer policy. And with this transfer can also be taken in the home district.

At the same time, women officers in high administrative posts in low sex ratio districts will be given priority so that sex ratio can be normalized. Within 14 days of the issuance of transfer order, orders have been issued to relieve the concerned officers.

In fact, instructions have been issued to appoint competent officers of the same post to fill the vacant posts due to transfer. The government has also decided that the provision of exemption can be given from the table made on the basis of the respective number.
