So far 8 cases of Delta Plus variant of Corona have been confirmed in Madhya Pradesh. Out of these, 2 patients have died. However, till now no guidelines have been issued by the state government to the officials working on the ground.
Bhopal. Regarding the increasing cases of Delta Plus variant in Madhya Pradesh, State Medical Education Minister Vishwas Kailash Sarang said that 8 cases of Delta Plus variant have been reported. The government is continuously giving on testing. The same number of tests are being done today as were being done during the second wave. As a result of this, the NCDC is getting information about the Delta Plus variant cases coming in Madhya Pradesh. And his contact tracing is being done.

Minister Sarang said that now genome sequencing test can be done in Bhopal itself, due to which the test report of mutants coming in the virus will be received within 5 days. Sarang said that by holding a separate meeting today regarding Bhopal, more intensive contact tracing will be done in the areas where patients of Delta Plus variant have been found and will ensure that the infection is not allowed to grow.
