Relief to filmmaker Ayesha Sultana in sedition case, gets anticipatory bail from Kerala HC

Sultana was questioned by Kavaratti police on Sunday, Wednesday and Thursday in connection with a case registered on the basis of a complaint by a BJP leader in the peninsula. Sultana, who came out after about three hours of interrogation at Kavaratti police station, said, “Everything is over. I was told that I can go to Kochi. I will go to Kochi tomorrow or a day after that.”
