  2. Petrol allowance of Asha associate should be increased.
  3. Asha and associate employees should be recognized as government employees.
  4. A health center should be set up in each village for ASHA workers.
  5. ASHA workers get pregnant mothers delivered for 9 months, their reward should be increased from Rs 600 to 1200
  6. Asha associates should be given an honorarium of 15 thousand and ASHA workers 10 thousand per month.
  7. Urban ASHA and rural ASHA workers should be given equal pay.
