Financial assistance of Rs. 50 lakhs should be provided to them in a time-frame. It is noteworthy that these activities are also being reviewed continuously through video conferencing by the Directorate of Urban Administration and Development.

Minister Bhupendra Singh Has stated that if these employees die accidentally due to Corona (Kovid-19) virus or in accident during service related to Kovid-19, then financial assistance of Rs 50 lakh to their next of kin will be given by the State Government at the earliest. He also said that all the concerned officers have been directed that if any eligible employee of their subordinate city body dies in these circumstances, then as per the rules, the claimant’s claim should be submitted. He has said that he should be provided financial assistance of Rs 50 lakhs in a time-limit.It is worth mentioning that these activities are also continuously being reviewed by the Directorate of Urban Administration and Development through video conferencing.
