85 new cases of corona in Delhi

On Saturday, 85 new cases of Kovid-19 were reported in Delhi, which is the lowest daily cases this year. At the same time, nine more people died due to infection in the last 24 hours. According to the data shared by the health department, the infection rate in the national capital has come down to 0.12 percent. With the death of nine more people from Kovid-19 in Delhi, the death toll has risen to 24,961. According to the data, 89 cases were reported in Delhi on Monday and the infection rate was 0.16 percent while 11 people died.

Over 2.05 lakh people vaccinated

Delhi Deputy Chief Minister Manish Sisodia has said that over 2.05 lakh people were given doses of anti-coronavirus vaccine in the national capital on Saturday, which is the highest in a single day so far. Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) MLA Atishi said the Delhi government has written to the Center requesting it to provide 45 lakh doses of the vaccine for July. While releasing the vaccine bulletin, he said, “Around 1.5 lakh doses of vaccine are being given daily in Delhi. So Delhi should be given at least 45 lakh doses in July so that we can vaccinate the people of the city at the earliest and save them from the third wave.
