Jammu. Jammu and Kashmir Director General of Police (DGP) of Dilbag Singh Termed as terrorist attacks the two blasts at the Jammu airport on Sunday in the jurisdiction of the Air Force. He said police, air force and other agencies were investigating the attack.
Singh has confirmed that two drones were used as IED bombs. Its pieces have been recovered. He further told that, there was a conspiracy of big bang which has now been foiled. Jammu and Kashmir DGP told news agency ANI that, More suspects are likely to be caught in this failed IED blast attempt. Police is also working on the blasts in Jammu airspace along with other agencies. FIR registered and investigation is on. He further said that, Jammu Police has recovered another IED weighing 5-6 kg. This IED was procured by Lashkar-e-Taiba operatives and was to be planted in a crowded place to carry out major attacks.

Two explosives-laden drones fell on the airport at 1:40 pm last night in the IAF’s jurisdictional area, triggering two blasts in a span of six minutes, injuring two IAF personnel.
