Italy will provide first vaccination to its players going to Tokyo Olympics


237 Italian players have qualified for the Olympics starting on July 23 in Tokyo.

Rome The Olympic Committee of Italy is arranging for the vaccination of the entire team going to the Tokyo Olympics. Two-thirds of the Italian athletes playing Tokyo have been vaccinated because they are affiliated with the military.

The rest of the players, coaches and support staff will receive the vaccine from Friday. 237 Italian players have qualified for the Olympics starting on July 23 in Tokyo.

There itself Japan also formally approved its first Corona vaccine (COVID-19 Vaccine) on Sunday before the Tokyo Olympics. Japan will soon launch a nationwide vaccination campaign. The Ministry of Health of the country stated that it has approved the vaccine developed by Pfizer Inc..
