Mahendra Singh Dhoni has been praised by Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) head coach Simon Katich. Describing Dhoni as ‘Master’, he said that he has a lot of respect for Chennai Super Kings (CSK). Under Dhoni’s captaincy, Chennai has won the trophy three times in the IPL.
In a video shared by RCB’s official Twitter handle, Katich said, ‘Dhoni is the master, there is no doubt about it. This season his team has started well. CSK has good players and that’s why we respect this team. He further said that the match against CSK will be really great. CSK’s batting order is very strong. But our bowlers have also done well in this season.

Match against CSK to be fun: Richardson Fast bowler Ken Richardson, who played the first match of this season for RCB against Rajasthan Royals (RR), said that Chennai batsmen will present a big challenge in front of RCB bowlers. He said that the entire plan would depend on the conditions of the Wankhede Stadium. CSK openers Faf Duplecy and Rituraj Gaikwad are in form. So we will come up with some plans to stop them. Regarding his first match of IPL 2021, Richardson said that it was enjoyable to play at the end. It was great to see fellow players playing in the first three matches.
