IPL 2021: Rajasthan Royals’ fourth foreign player left the team, Andrew Tye returns to Australia

For Rajasthan Royals, the difficulties are not diminishing. From IPL 2021 (IPL 2021) till now, four foreign players of the team have withdrawn due to injury or personal reasons. Andrew Tye returned home for personal reasons.

New Delhi. Australian fast bowler Andrew Tye of Rajasthan Royals has withdrawn from IPL 2021. He returned home on Sunday due to personal reasons, making him the fourth foreign player to withdraw from the current Indian Premier League of the franchise. Earlier England’s Jofra Archer, Ben Stokes and Liam Livingstone had decided to withdraw. Livingston decided to withdraw from the T20 League due to a problem in the bio bubble. While Stokes and Archer are injured.

Rajasthan Royals tweeted, ‘Andrew Tye left for Australia this morning for personal reasons. If they need any support, we will continue to help them. Last Saturday, Rajasthan Royals cricket director Kumar Sangakkara announced in a form of dressing after a win over Kolkata Knight Riders that the tie would leave for Australia and he had a flight in the wee hours of Sunday.

Joffra Archer did not join the team due to surgery. Stokes was hurt while Livingstone had not played a single match and said that he was having a lot of difficulty in the bio-bubble. The 34-year-old has played 7 ODIs and 28 T20 Internationals for Australia. He did not get to play a single match at this stage of the tournament. He played the last match for the Perth Scorchers in February against the Sydney Sixers in the Big Bash League.

Rajasthan Royals team could not start well in current season of T20 league. The team has 4 points in 5 matches. The team has won two matches while it has lost in 3 matches. The team is at number six in the point table. Captain Sanju Samson batted brilliantly against Mumbai and gave the team a stunning victory in the final match.
