Chris Morris has said that the Kovid-19 pandemic in India has been discussed many times in his team Rajasthan Royals and players can feel the pain that people are suffering from the second wave of pandemic here.
After the Royals’ six-wicket win over Kolkata Knight Riders in the 18th match of IPL, Morris said in the press conference that as a team we have discussed a lot about this in the last few days. We have seen how bad this epidemic is impacting in some parts, if not all of India.
Play with a smile
He said, “It is very difficult to understand what is happening. It is our responsibility to play with a smile on our faces, because we have reason to smile and we are healthy and we are getting to play cricket. South African fast bowler Morris said that we hope that we will be able to please the people watching us at home. Whether we win or lose, this is a chance to make people happy, if it gives people a chance to be happy then as a sport we are doing well. Also read:
