Delhi Capitals bowler Amit Mishra warned against umpire from bowling against Royal Challengers Bangalore

New Delhi. In the 22nd match of IPL played between Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) and Delhi Capitals, Delhi bowler Amit Mishra broke the ICC rules, after which he was warned by the umpire. During RCB’s innings, Amit was seen salivating at the ball. After which the ball had to be sanitized. In fact, in view of Corona’s havoc, the ICC has banned the use of saliva on the ball. RCB, batting first, scored 171 runs at the loss of 5 wickets in the scheduled over. In response, Delhi could score only 170 runs and by one run, Virat Kohli’s RCB won the match. AB de Villiers scored an unbeaten 75 off 42 balls for RCB.

The seventh over of RCB’s innings was done by Amit Mishra. During this, he was accidentally using saliva on the ball. After which the umpire prevented him from throwing the ball and sanitized the ball. The bowler was also warned. In this match, Amit Mishra took one wicket for 27 runs. RCB has reached the top in the points table with 10 points. RCB has beaten Delhi in the IPL after 2018. Delhi won four matches in 2019 and 2020. Delhi team is third in the table with 8 points. After the win, RCB captain Virat Kohli also thanked the sand storm before the match, because the storm did not have dew in the night and bowled with a dry ball, which made a difference on the match.
