New Delhi. Indian hockey The umpires Manager Virendra Singh Has died due to complications associated with Kovid-19. He was 47 years old. He breathed his last on Monday in Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Virender participated in several all-India tournaments and national championships as the umpires’ manager.
His job was to select the best umpires for the matches. Apart from this, he was employed in the railway. Hockey India expressed condolences on his demise. Hockey India President Gyanendro Ningombaum said, “We are deeply saddened by the untimely demise of Virender Singh. Apart from the work related to the matches, he was actively involved in the work of Hockey India involving umpires and technical officials.
