A joint team of CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police lobbed a grenade around 6 pm by terrorists in Babarsah area under Kralkhud police station, a police official said.
There has been a grenade attack in Jammu and Kashmir’s Srinagar in which three civilians have been injured. According to the information received, the terrorists attacked the security forces with a grenade in Babarshah area of the city. A joint team of CRPF and Jammu and Kashmir Police lobbed a grenade around 6 pm by terrorists in Babarsah area under Kralkhud police station, a police official said. He said the grenade exploded on the roadside injuring three people. The area has been cordoned off and security forces are searching for the attackers.

Let us inform that in the last few days, terrorist incidents have increased around Srinagar. Earlier, a civilian identified as Umar Ahmed was shot dead by unidentified terrorists near Habbakadal area in Srinagar. Apart from this, a police officer of the Crime Investigation Department (CID) was shot dead by terrorists in Nowgam area of Srinagar in Jammu and Kashmir.
