Bhopal. To reduce the increasing burden on the exchequer in Madhya Pradesh, the BJP government has decided to follow the footsteps of Digvijay Singh. Shivraj Singh Chouhan’s government is now going to implement Digvijay’s furlough scheme in the state.
Let us tell you that the government will give 50 percent salary to the officers and employees who have gone on leave for 7 years under furlough and with this their seniority will also be maintained. In fact, this scheme was brought by the government of former Chief Minister Digvijay Singh in the state.
Actually, under furlough, the officer employees will be able to take a break from the original job for 5 years and do another private job or business. On this, Home Minister Narottam Mishra said that he is not yet aware of the implementation of the scheme. And while targeting Digvijay Singh, he said that he implemented the scheme a lot but not a single one landed on the ground.
