The hospital received its last refill of oxygen at midnight after a delay of several hours. When asked about any kind of help from the government, the medical director said, “Nobody has made any promises. Everyone is saying that we are doing our best. ” Dr. Baluja said that 80 percent of the nearly 200 patients admitted to the hospital are on oxygen. About 35 patients are in ICU.
